How to respond to your guests?

- Limit the number of people who respond to reviews.
Use the same person for review responses to keep the same tone and language.
- Do not wait too long before responding to a review

- Acknowledge and apologize for any bad experience

Nice modern hostel, friendly staff, great location. The only thing we found less appealing is the toilets. Only three toilets for a lot of rooms, meaning the toilets were usually not very clean, a long walk away, and/or occupied.

Hi, We were 2 adults and 2 young kids and stayed one night in a 4 beds dormitor room. We did not expect having our own bathroom ! That was a good suprise. This place is very good value for money ! It is very closed to the Sacré Coeur and the subway. Perfect for a short stay when you don't want to spend too much money in accomodation !
I really like my stay at Le Regent, but are some points that, in my opinion, needs to be improved: - Just one bathroom - The shower room is too small. Att.
The double-bedrooms with private balconies are really very much worth the price. The Hotel/hostel is very well located: metro 2 right in front and metro 4 in a very close walking distance. I do recommend it strongly.
Estuve en dos habitaciones. La primers en el tercer piso, para dos personas. Es casi cómo estar en un hotel con un hermoso balcon que da al boulevard. La segunda, en piso 2 es de 4 camas, dos cuchetas, es amplia. Las camas no tan comodas y se escucha todo lo Que sucede en las otras habitaciones. La gente es exelente y hablan español, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte. Dos estaciones de metro te facilitan moverte por todo Paris. Anvers a media cuadra y gare du nord a 10 minutos. El desayuno es muy completo aunque el precio fuera del hostel es mejor. Lo recomiendo, sobre todo el tercer piso. Relacion precio calidad muy buena.

It's one of the best hostels that I stayed. It's really good, but they should put some different options on the breakfast, because it's almost only bread.
