- Acknowledge and apologize for any bad experience

Nice modern hostel, friendly staff, great location. The only thing we found less appealing is the toilets. Only three toilets for a lot of rooms, meaning the toilets were usually not very clean, a long walk away, and/or occupied.

Great location and friendly staff
Muy buena experiencia. Habitación muy cómoda en pareja y nada ruidosa. Estupenda localización al lado del metro. Olivia la recepcionista muy simpática y habla español fenomenal. Desayuno bastante bien , además puedes utilizar la cocina para prestar cena y cuenta con neveras para comprar comida y que se conserve ahí. Sin duda volvería con mi pareja!

Take care of loud sound from some rooms after midnight! Thanks to Olivia (Staff) for all. Thanks to kitchen staff for the excellent services. The coffeebreaks were marvellous and very french.
