- During the check-out process
You can ask your guests if they had a pleasant experience at your hotel and if they did, let them know how much you appreciate they write a review on your website or on any review site of their choice.
- In follow-up emails

How to respond to your guests?
Responding to your guests can be time consuming, but it is certainly worth the effort. When you respond to reviews, positive and negative, you demonstrate that you care for your guests.
- Limit the number of people who respond to reviews.
Use the same person for review responses to keep the same tone and language.
- Do not wait too long before responding to a review
Responding to guest reviews within 72 hours is recommended. Wait any longer and you risk giving the impression that you don’t care about feedback or guest experience.
- Acknowledge and apologize for any bad experience
Always remain professional in your answers, especially for negative review. Say thank you for a positive review and reassure the guest about the actions you will take to solve the issue.

Nice modern hostel, friendly staff, great location. The only thing we found less appealing is the toilets. Only three toilets for a lot of rooms, meaning the toilets were usually not very clean, a long walk away, and/or occupied.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, la habitación muy linda, moderna y cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto, la vista desde el balcón es única. El personal es muy amable, y tratan de que estés totalmente a gusto mientras estas en el hotel. Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel sin ninguna duda.
Everything was great, the only hic up there was was with the shuttle to the airport, but that really isn’t the staffs fault. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Paris! It was my first time in Paris, my first time in a hostel and the experience was a good one.
Bonjour, Qualité, prix ça peu être excellent, après avoir instauré qqc pour faire respecter le silence la nuit. Il y a pleins de magnifiques endroits sur Paris pour les gens qui souhaitent faire la fête. Autrement, à parler doucement par respect pour ceux qui doivent se reposer. Surtout à 1h du matin. Sinon, le personnel au top. Vraiment sympathique, chambres très propres... Merci !
Bathroom in the room hasn't got any windows or any fan to change the air there, so it use to smell really bad. The rest is a 5 stars hostel!

The front counter staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. And the cleaners too were also respectful and friendly! The building was clean and tidy and I thought was a great price and well located. Thank you for making my stay here so comfortable.

We booked a private room with en-suite for just 2 nights and it was surprisingly large. The room had 2 bunk beds, some space to store clothes, a desk, a chair and a heater. Bed sheets were provided at check in. Each bed had a blanket and the mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure was excellent. No toiletries were provided. You need to bring with you the shower gel, shampoo, brush, toothpaste etc etc. Towels are provided at an extra cost (2.50€ each). WiFi was not very strong in the rooms but excellent in the common areas. Breakfast was cheap and good. We had some coffee, orange juice, croissants, bread and pain au chocolat. Location is excellent. The metro stop Anvers is exactly nearby, around 20 meters away! Moreover Sacre Coeur was only 5 min on foot away from the hotel. All receptionists are able to speak multiple languages and they were all very friendly and super helpful (especially Clara)! 🙂 Such value for money is rare to find in the center of Paris. I recommend it 100%. The only negative thing that comes to mind is the squeakiness of the beds. Even if you just change sides, the bed squeaks a lot!
